Cheryl Dempsey
Cheryl is the broker/owner of Coastal Breeze Processing LLC and holds an Undergraduate Degree in Finance and MBA both from Florida Atlantic University. She transitioned from her career in Accounting/Finance to mortgages full-time when the company officially became licensed in 2022. As the wife of a broker owner, she understands the unique needs and nuances of processing files with multiple lenders and product offerings.
Ana Pooler
Ana has been in the mortgage business since 2020 and loves being the person behind the scenes making sure every detail is handled and every loan keeps moving toward the closing table. As a mortgage loan processor, she brings organization, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset to every file.
Outside of work, Ana is a married mom of two. She serves on the Board of Directors for Operation 300, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families of fallen military and law enforcement heroes. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her family.
